Bikalp is a graduate of the Institute of Rural Management Anand. In the past, he worked in the implementation of National Rural Livelihoods Mission in Rajasthan and undertook research studies with IMWI-Tata Water Policy Program, Anand. He now works in VikasAnvesh Foundation as a researcher on themes pertaining to livelihoods, collective action and ethics in the rural development space.
