Kuntalika Kumbhakar-Image

Kuntalika has more than 19 years of experience with grassroots development at PRADAN. She is a Team Coordinator at the Development Engagement Support Unit (DESU) in Delhi. She has been extensively involved in working with women’s groups, and with capability enhancement of communities for promoting livelihoods. Her focus areas are centred around collectives of women, gender, agriculture and research, WASH, adult functional literacy and natural resource management. She has done her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Visva Bharati University, and also had a 4-year stint at Ambedkar University, Delhi (AUD) where she established the discipline of ‘Development Practice’.
