Swapna Sarangi Archives

Swapna Sarangi is a team leader at the regional office of Foundation for Ecological Security (FES) in Angul, Odisha. She has been working with FES for past 21 years and leads their work in supporting local communities to improve governance of common resources such as land, water, and forests, across three districts of the state. Swapna also liaises with district authorities as well as the state government to leverage public funds for the restoration of these resources.
