In this interview with Rodingliana, <a href=\"https:\/\/idronline.org\/northeast-media-fellowship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IDR Northeast Fellow 2024&ndash;25<\/a>, Lalramchuanzela talks about the various challenges faced by people in the state, as well as the difficulties that social sector organisations must navigate.<\/p><p>According to Lalramchuanzela, Mizoram&rsquo;s issues stem from its geographical location&mdash;it shares borders with Bangladesh and Myanmar and is connected to the rest of India only through Assam and Manipur. The state&rsquo;s distinct languages, cultures, and food habits further set it apart, creating communication barriers. These factors also complicate the functioning of nonprofits in Mizoram, as funding is scarce and exposure is limited.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In this interview, Lalramchuanzela shares how nonprofit leaders in Mizoram can sustain their organisations despite the challenges.
