At Udhyam Learning Foundation, she significantly enhanced the understanding regarding psychometrics. Prajakta is also the co-creator of India’s first QCI-accredited CSR impact methodology. Her experience includes teaching statistics, conducting ESG corporate training, leading data-driven initiatives in microfinance, and managing offshore teams for multinationals. Prajakta earned the Chevening Fellowship in 2017.
