    Sara Koshy has been an educator since 2015, prior to which she worked as a content developer. Her research interests revolve around gender disparities and the challenges faced by women at work across various sectors. Sara also has a keen interest in cinema and has worked as an assistant director on short films. She holds a postgraduate degree in in mass communications and journalism from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU).
