Vikas Jha is Director, Good Rural Governance, Sehgal Foundation. He has a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and holds a postgraduate diploma in Policy Studies from the University of London. He has eighteen years of professional experience in the development sector and field experience in India, Brazil, South Africa, South East Asia, and South Asia on issues of social accountability and decentralised governance.
