Parijat Ghosh is a development practitioner who has been working with PRADAN for more than 14 years. She has worked in Jharkhand for five years and has mobilised women in small groups to help them take up activities such as savings and credit, reeling and spinning of tasar yarn, agriculture, etc. She has also worked with PRADAN's human resource development unit, where she anchored the development apprenticeship programme. Parijat is based in Delhi, and is currently working with PRADAN's education initiative to establish development practice as a discipline.
