On most days, we run programmes that put students at the centre. On some days, we enter hand-to-hand combat with time itself. This week, while comparing notes with a friend at work, we realised our biggest operational risk isn’t pedagogy, politics, or procurement. It’s calendars. So many calendars. Let us show you.

Rashi Nair works at the founders’ office at Involve, where her role involves turning big ideas about student agency into practical strategy. She holds an MA in education from Azim Premji University and has a background in philosophy and anthropology from Utrecht University.
