Since 2014, she has anchored the Rural Livelihood portfolio for CInI, Tata Trusts in Jharkhand, leading lac value chain development, agriculture production hubs, and farmer producer companies. Garima has a Bachelor's in agricultural engineering and a Master’s in social work.
