Disha Acharya is a media and communications graduate, specialising in print journalism, from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She is a freelance journalist and has written stories for The Times of India and The New Indian Express. Previously, she was the news editor of The Manipal Journal, an independent news organisation. Disha is currently interning at India Development Review, along with managing and hosting her podcast show 'What's Brewing'.
