Susmitha is currently a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) officer at the Leadership Next programme, supported by the Kamonohashi Project, where she captures insights and impact in survivor-led leadership and social change initiatives. She has six years of experience in the development sector, including in public finance, child development, survivor leadership, programme management, research, and monitoring. Passionate about community-led interventions, Susmitha aims to bridge data-driven insights with meaningful initiatives for marginalised communities. She holds a master’s degree in public policy and governance.
