Pinaki Halder is the senior land tenure advisor for the Asia region at Landesa. He plays an instrumental role in facilitating Landesa’s collaborations with governments on land tenure issues. He previously served as the national director of programmes in India and collaborated with the governments of Bangladesh and Nepal on land tenure projects. Pinaki has worked in policy development and project management in rural and urban areas for more than 36 years. He has also worked with UNICEF as a communication for development specialist.
