Meghna Malhotra is Deputy Director at Urban Management Centre and has spent the last two decades supporting local governments across sectors ranging from urban health, performance measurement, WASH, poverty alleviation, community engagement, and capacity building. She is passionate about strengthening government systems to ensure efficient, equitable, and sustainable services for all. Meghna is an architect and planner from the CEPT University.
