Sonali Srivastava

Sonali Srivastava is an organisation and social development professional. She is the founder and CEO of Anode Governance Lab, which focuses on strengthening governance and public institutions. Anode’s work includes enabling over 100 gram panchayats across states, to strengthen their organisation capacities shift development indicators in their constituencies. As an organisation development professional, Sonali works on design and management of transformations across corporate, government, and non-government sectors. She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur and SOAS, University of London.
