We have all been part of donor meetings. They go by different names – coordination, working group, knowledge sharing and budget. But rather than just surviving these meetings, here’s a handy guide for coming out of those meetings looking like someone who a) genuinely cares about the work they’re doing, and b) is a recognised thought leader among their peers.
