Deepak S Nikarthil is a development (health) governance and sustainable development specialist. He is currently the lead for inclusive development at Learning4impact, a knowledge partner of USAID/India. Deepak is a member of the Project Advisory Committee (PAC) of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. He has a Ph.D. in Public Health Governance and a master’s degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
