Jasleen Kaur is a principal in Bridgespan’s India office, where she has advised nonprofits, philanthropists, and collaboratives on strategy, operating models, and field building. Jasleen plays a key role in expanding and delivering the Bridgespan Nonprofit Development Program, where she helps organisations strengthen strategy, talent, and funding. She has also contributed to the Community-Driven Change initiative. Jasleen has more than 12 years of experience in the advisory space and has worked with KPMG, CRISIL, and Ernst & Young.
