Erum Shakeel works with Lend-A-Hand India to integrate vocational education with mainstream education. She implemented the National Rural Livelihood Mission for women’s self-help groups in Rajasthan as a young professional in the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad. She has worked at the grassroots with nomadic, semi-nomadic, and denotified tribes in Kashmir, Bangalore, Tuticorin, and Sirohi on financial inclusion, skill development, health, nutrition, and gender inequality. Erum is a postgraduate in development from Azim Premji University.
