Gram Vikas is a social development organisation working in Odisha and Jharkhand since 1979. The organisation works with Adivasi communities and the rural poor to help them lead a dignified life by building capacities, strengthening community institutions, and mobilising resources. Gram Vikas has worked with more than 6,00,000 people in 1,700 villages, with a focus on water, livelihoods, sanitation and hygiene, habitat and technologies, education, and mitigating effects of natural disasters.
