Lakshmi's work experience spans across sectors. On completing her engineering in electronics, she worked in the corporate sector in hardware engineering, marketing, and sales. A keen interest in visual and performing arts led her to work with various performance groups in Bangalore. This work with communities engaged in the arts inspired her to work in the development sector. She now focuses on business development, operations and organisational development.
