Vimmi Malhotra
Vimmi is Global Director of Organisational Development at Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). She leads the work to support CIFF’s partners in building their institutional capacity. Vimmi has diverse experience in strategic HR, corporate governance, programme evaluation, and resource mobilisation with bilateral and international development organisations. She is a political science graduate with qualifications in Human Resources and Organisation Development. She is a certified MBTI, FIRO-B and executive coach.
