She is an education and skills leader with more than 20 years of experience driving large-scale, multi-stakeholder change, and has led statewide reforms in foundational learning, K–12 EdTech, curriculum design, capacity building, and impact measurement. A social entrepreneur, Samina co-founded ESDECS India and won the Masterpreneur 2015 Social Entrepreneur Award. She is passionate about championing girls’ education and equitable career pathways for the underserved.
