He engages with rural communities to strengthen links with local governments and supports youth participation through initiatives such as Yuva Saathi, Natya Manch, and community media hubs. His work also includes process optimization through the implementation of digital accounting and performance management systems. He holds an MA in Development from Azim Premji University.
