India’s COVID-19 response limited by strong urban and tech bias

Ahmed Irfan is an Associate Director at FSG. He focuses on market-based solutions and systemic approaches to addressing development challenges across a range of sectors and geographies. Irfan is a co-author of ‘Shaping Inclusive Markets’ and the ‘The Preschool Promise’. Prior to joining FSG, Irfan worked at the United Nations Development Program, supporting its programs on governance and trade. Irfan was an International Student Merit Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School where he received his master's in Public Policy, and holds an undergraduate degree in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
