    Akhilesh Kumar Verma is a manager at Jharkhand Women’s Self-Supporting Poultry Cooperative Federation Limited. The federation supports smallholder poultry cooperatives in Jharkhand, including Gumla Grameen Poultry Self-Supporting Cooperative Society Limited. Akhilesh has been associated with the Gumla cooperative since 2004, when he joined as a data entry operator. He has since worked in various roles, including as accounts manager and committee manager.
