    Amrut Bang is the programmer director at NIRMAN, where he is involved with strategy, partnerships, recruitment, fundraising, and project management. He also serves as a mentor to all those involved in the NIRMAN process.  He holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership from University of Pennsylvania. He is also the joint director of the nonprofit organisation, SEARCH.
