    Anil Verma is the executive director of Preservation and Proliferation of Rural Resources and Nature (PRAN), a Gaya-based nonprofit that works on livelihoods of farmers in Bihar’s rural areas. He was previously with PRADAN, where he worked with Adivasi communities in the rural areas of Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh.
