Anjum Dhamija is an innovation practitioner who has used design thinking and facilitation as tools for solving problems across technology, organisational structures, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) while working with the government. She has previously worked as an M&E lead at the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Organisation (DMEO), NITI Aayog. Anjum also has experience in designing technology products for financial regulations at Goldman Sachs. She studied engineering and economics at BITS Pilani and social innovation management at Amani Institute.
