Aparna Dwivedi is manager, communications at the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS). She is passionate about causes that determine life in India, such as access to education, healthcare and housing. Aparna has previously worked at the National Institute of Urban Affairs, Centre for Policy Research, and CNN-News18. She holds a post-graduate diploma in journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Banaras Hindu University.
