India’s COVID-19 response limited by strong urban and tech bias
India's response to the second wave of COVID-19 glosses over the lack of infrastructure and technology know-how in rural India.
Aravindan Srinivasan oversees the strategy and delivery of programmes in South Asia at Asian Venture Philanthropy Network. Prior to this, he was with Dasra and provided capacity-building support to nonprofit leaders and philanthropists. Aravindan serves on the board of advisers for local community development organisations in India such as Maatram, MukkaMaar, and Karnataka Health Promotion Trust. He holds a postgraduate degree in management from the Indian School of Business and a civil engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology.
