Carolina holds a PhD in Development Studies from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa and a master’s in social and political studies for Latin America from the Universidad Alberto Hurtado in Chile. She has a degree in economics from the Universidad de la Republica in Uruguay.
