    Chatar Singh works with the Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan (MKSS). He is an activist who works on issues of digital transparency and accountability, and ensures the implementation of government schemes, social entitlements and rights, through the government eMitra system and the Jan Soochna Portal. He plays an active role in social audits, workshops on digital transparency rights, public information disclosure, and other related issues.
