Chayanika Bhayana works as an assistant professor for organisational behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She has a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a master’s degree in psychology from Delhi University. Her research interests lie in the areas of entrepreneurial and contemporary careers and work policy implications.
