India’s COVID-19 response limited by strong urban and tech bias
India's response to the second wave of COVID-19 glosses over the lack of infrastructure and technology know-how in rural India.
Divya Chopra is a senior research manager at the Center for Social Impact and Philanthropy (CSIP) at Ashoka University. She has more than six years of experience designing and conducting social research and policy advocacy. She previously worked with Kantar Public (erstwhile IMRB International), conducting research for development partners, and has also worked with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). She has a bachelor's in economics from Delhi University and a master's in development studies from Ambedkar University.
