    Divyaa Gupta is the founder of Bazaar Aur Rozgaar Initiative (BARI). She has more than a decade of experience in programme management, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Her areas of focus have included women’s livelihoods, youth empowerment, and social justice through collective, inclusive, and community-driven initiatives. Divyaa has studied economics, gender studies, and conflict transformation.
