    Flaubert Mbiekop is a senior programme specialist at Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC). His work focusses on impact investing, women’s and youth empowerment, and structural transformation leading to low-carbon economies. He has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Quebec in Montreal with honors.
