Jennifer Spencer is a Consultant Qualitative Researcher at the Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action (SNEHA), Mumbai. A post-graduate in Public Policy, Jennifer has eight years’ experience of research and practice in multi-sectoral urban governance issues. Currently she is also pursuing her PhD in Urban Policy and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Jennifer is an author of various published works in the field of health, sanitation and governance.
