Josh Dobiac is principal and risk consultant at Milliman Financial Risk Management. He specialises in asset/liability management for both general and separate (segregated funds) products. He has substantial experience managing insurance liability risk, including balancing economic, regulatory, and accounting issues in the US (PBR, GAAP LDTI) and internationally (Solvency II, IFRS 17, ICS). Josh has helped build and manage ALM/hedging programmes globally, notably in the US, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
