    Kalzang Gurmet is from Kibber village in Spiti, Himachal Pradesh. He is a project assistant with NCF India as part of the Himachal Pradesh team. For the past 15 years, he has been engaged in snow leopard habitat conservation in Spiti. He has worked extensively on education and community awareness and led multiple long-term research efforts.
