    Kamal Chakraborty-Image

    Kamal Chakraborty is a social, human rights, and NRC activist. He has been involved in helping people with the prevailing citizenship issue in Assam since 2015. His work focuses on the probably doubtful (D) voters and detention centre victims. He is the author of the book Assam-e Nagorikottwo Horoner Dohonlipi, a documentation of the various cases he came across in Assam. Kamal currently lives in Silchar, Assam.
