India’s COVID-19 response limited by strong urban and tech bias

Katie Pyle is head of Research and Insights, Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy (a Bangalore-based nonprofit working towards transforming quality of life in India’s cities and towns). She has spent almost two decades as a social researcher, working on aspects of citizenship, service delivery, safety and security, and so on, both in India and Europe. Katie has a BSc in psychology from the University of Warwick and an MSc in applied sport and exercise psychology from the University of Wales, Bangor.
