    Lopa Shah is the founder and managing director of ELICIT Foundation, a social organisation for education in conflict-impacted territories. She has built her skills over 12 years of experience in initiating social change through design thinking and applied theatre arts, in collaboration with private and community schools and nonprofits. Lopa is an Acumen India Fellow 2020, Caux Scholars Asia Plateau Scholar 2022, and Forbes Fellow 2023.
