    Madhuri Shinde is a superintendent at Naunihal, a children’s home for young girls in Maharashtra’s Raigad district. It is run by Prerana, a nonprofit that works on anti-human trafficking and the rescue and rehabilitation of women and children. Madhuri has a master’s degree in social work.
