Mona Agrawal works with Aajeevika Bureau in Udaipur, where she focuses on skilling, research, and communications. Her work centres on improving livelihood outcomes for rural and migrant youth, with a particular interest in the transition from skill training to sustainable employment and entrepreneurship. Mona holds a master’s degree in livelihoods and social entrepreneurship from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and works closely on programme design and field-based insights.
