Nalini R Saligram is a global health advocate with a background in hard science and global communications. An Ashoka Fellow, she founded Arogya World in 2010 to collaborate with others in the fight against non-communicable diseases (NCDs). In 2022, the organisation won the UN Inter-Agency Task Force and the WHO Special Programme on Primary Health Care Award. Nalini is a PhD in biochemistry and often writes about the state of healthcare in India.
