India’s COVID-19 response limited by strong urban and tech bias

Neela Saldanha is the executive director of the Yale Research Initiative on Innovation and Scale (Y-RISE), Yale University. Previously, she was the founding director for Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC) at Ashoka University. Neela was part of Forbes magazine’s list of 10 behavioural scientists you should know. Her work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Behavioral Scientist, Apolitical, Nature Human Behaviour, and The Lancet Regional Health. She has a PhD in Marketing from The Wharton School and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
