Parul Agarwal leads the outcome measurement vertical at the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS). She is a development professional with more than fourteen years of experience in measurement and evaluation of policies and programmes using rigorous research methods. Prior to CEGIS, Parul was associated with LEAD at Krea University (IFMR), where she led research and advocacy efforts in financial inclusion and livelihoods. She has been a lead and co-investigator on multiple research projects on these subjects. Parul has also worked as a consultant with Women’s World Banking.
