    Poonam Mai has worked with Aangan Trust in Khusrupur, Bihar, since 2021. She is a member of Aangan’s Khusrupur Suraksha Panel, a group that works with the local police on issues of child safety. Despite excelling academically, Poonam could not pursue higher education, so she is committed to assisting girls in following their own interests and passions.
