Rajesh Mit is a rural development practitioner, currently working with rural communities in Jharkhand. For more than two decades, he has worked extensively with SHG institutions, natural resource management, and value chain development in tribal regions of Jharkhand and West Bengal. Rajesh currently anchors the MGNREGS programme and leads PRADAN’s operations in the Santhal Pargana region. He has a bachelors in civil engineering from College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar.
